Pueblo West Tent & Awning, Inc. is not responsible for locating underground utilities along with damages caused during set up or take down due to un-marked underground utilities. Pueblo West Tent & Awning, Inc. is not liable for Injuries or damages caused by acts of God. Lessee is responsible for obtaining tent permits where applicable. Lessee assumes all risks of loss or damage to any portion of the leased equipment. All replacement, repairs, or substitution of parts or equipment shall be at the sole costs and expense of Lessee. Lessee payments on the leased equipment shall not be prorated or abated while repairs are made.

Self-Set-up customers: If Lessee chooses to set-up the tent/awning themselves, said Lessee does hereby release Pueblo West Tent & Awning Inc. from any liability for and agrees to indemnify, defend and hold Pueblo West Tent & Awning Inc. harmless for any injury or damage caused or alleged to have been caused directly or indirectly, by any act or omission, negligent or otherwise, by Lessee and/or any person employed by Lessee or sub-contracted by Lessee in the setting up or tearing down of the tent/awning. Lessee agrees to return the tent/awning in the same condition as it was received. An additional deposit may be required for Lessee’s engaging in self-set-up. 

If rental contract is not paid when due, the unpaid balance shall be subject to (18%) per month late charge until paid in full. Rental contracts cancelled within 60 days of the contract event date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
